My blood sample tube is not completely full?
While we recommend that you keep filling the tube until the blood ceases flowing, however it is not necessary to submit a full tube. Keep in mind that half a centimeter is enough to conduct the test

Should the blood samples be refrigerated?
No, it is not necessary. The sample is viable for at least 7 days at room temperature, all seasons
